16 May 2008: NINTH PANIC & sfu·ma·to at The Wanch in Hong Kong HK. 54 Jaffe rd., Wan Chai. my friend Madli brought her whole posse, i didn't realize i had forgotten to take my shoes off until halfway through my set, and our finale was an impassioned delivery of "Chicago song" (the drummer whose name i simply could NOT remember & i). Ninth Panic busted out old rock covers & kept us all in good spirits, so much so that i just missed the last ferry off of the island & ended up keeping myself entertained until 6:30 when they start up again... (stay tuned for the setlist.)
7 March 2008: due to a bit of miscommunication, i ended up playing an acoustic outdoor mini-concert instead of opening the amplified concert indoors at Sapne in Auroville, India. alas... at least i had an inspiring fellow Danish musician to play with under the stars!

6 October 2007: i was supposed to play a few songs to open up for THE PEDESTRIANS PETS & a couple other bands at Kulkaféen in København, but the police were kind enough to detain me for seven hours for attempting to squat a new Ungdomshus, so i missed the whole thing! my apologies!

(i was solo too, so there were a total of 5 of us in the place. alas... i only ended up playing for half an hour, and broke the first string on my new Squier guitar. played "luxury of Crete," "panned out," FEENY's "unsteady ground," "Chicago song," "en sang for Nina," and closed with TJL's "elegy."
12 July 2006: SFU-MA-TO, PROXY KICKY TRICKS, & Moty FANAN at Roots in Tel Aviv, Israel. sfu-ma-to's first show in 9 months, and first ever in the region!!! Lilin Blum 25. 23:00 (11 pm), free. the drummer of THE DISPOSABLES layed down the beats with much skill, and although i started the set feeling very conflicted about playing in Israel (one of the world leaders in state-sponsored terror) instead of occupied Palestine, by the end of the night i was quite at ease. PROXY KICKY TRICKS spontaneously emerged after our set & we jammed into the wee hours. a great night. thanks to everyone involved.
