Late Summer 2006, Chicago IL. Touch & Go celebrated their 25th anniversary with 25 plus bands, the highlight of them all for me being COCO ROSIE, hands down. unbelievable. afterwards yrs truly tracked down Sierra & Bianca CASADY to lavish them with praise, and Bianca was kind enough to agree to my request for an interview which we then took care of via e-mail. thanks so much Bianca! all the best to both of you for all eternity!
(every so often we here at p.m.r. interview a new band - the 5 W's & How?, plus a story about that age-old indie-rock institution, crashing at people's homes on tour.) voila.

i have a better one about our first tour where we slept in the back of my mom's trailer. her dog who was sleeping there too, had rolled in a large pile of horse pissed something and it smelled like a nasty stable, it was winter and the sides of the trailer were falling apart. me and our drummer were wedged up in a tiny crack while my mom and sister and the dog slept in a little tattered bed. pretty cool. we were smelling and looking really busted that tour.
